<p>Department of OBG Nursing, KAHER Institute of Nursing Sciences, Belagavi in collaboration with Society of Midwifes, India (SOMI) celebrated Safe Motherhood day on 9th April 2021 at Urban Health Centre, Rukmini Nagar, Belagavi. Dr Aniket\n                      M, Medical Officer and his staffs participated in the event.<\/p>\n                    <p>It was celebrated by giving Health awareness on Antenatal Care. Mrs. Shubharani Muragod, Mrs. Nirmala D\u2019souza and Mrs. Uma Kole; Asst Prof , Dept of OBG Nursing, KAHER Institute of Nursing Sciences, Belagavi gave lecture on antenatal\n                      advices: diet, exercise, visits, immunization, treatment and management of minor disorders of pregnancy at home.<\/p>\n                    <p>03 UG and 04 PG students were actively involved in the event.
