Resource person for the function were Dr. Santosh S Patil Consultant Critical\n                      Care Physician KLE\u2019s Dr. Prabhakar Kore Hospital and MRC Belagavi, spoke about the Ventilator, Modes of Ventilation, Types of Ventilation, Ventilator Graphics and Mrs. Surekha Kiran RN, BSN, MSN Nurse Educator (QCHP, ANCC) Dept.\n                      of Nursing &amp; Midwifery Education Doha, Qatar, shared about the Care of ET Tube, Suctioning, Nursing Management during the child on ventilator.<\/p>\n                    <p>Organizing chairperson Dr. Sudha Raddi Principal, KAHER INS Belagavi,Organizing secretary Mr. Gavi Salimath Asso. Prof. &amp; HOD Child Health Nursing Department KAHER INS Belagavi and Faculty Department of Child Health Nursing were\n                      present over the function. Mr. Virupakshi Savadi Asst. Prof. department of Child Health Nursing Welcomed the Speakers, vote of thanks was given by Mr. Shivprasad Kamat Senior Tutor department of Child Health Nursing. 1st year, 2nd\n                      year M.Sc. (N), 3rd year B.Sc. (N), 1st year PB.B.Sc.
