KLE university’s Institute of Nursing Sciences, Belagavi, Organized “LAMP LIGHTING AND OATH TAKING CEREMONY “SAMARPANA – 2016”  on 18^th December 2015. Chief Guest for the function Lt.Col. G Vanamala, Matron of Military Hospital, Belagavi, Guest  of Honor Mrs Suhasini Avale, Senior Staff Nurse Belfost Nursing Home UK and President of Function Mrs Preeti Dodwad, Co-Ordinator, KLE Society Belagavi.

“Trinity 2016”

KLE University organized a mega event TRINITY 2016 Centennaire Fiesta hosted by Institute of Nursing Sciences and Institute of Physiotherapy, Belagavi. A magnificent triology of Cultural Carnival, Art & Literary events and Sports combat on 18^th,19^th & 20^th of March 2016,was inaugurated by Dr.Prabhakar Kore, Hon. Chancellor & cine actress  Ms.Divya Dutta,  at KLE Centenary Convention Centre. A perfect blend of theatre, endurance and creativity, is a great platform to showcase natural talents of your students.

ANNUAL DAY-2016

25^th May 2016 KLE University institute of Nursing Sciences, Belagavi. Celebrated Annual Day “NYASA 2016”.The chief guest for the function Dr.V.P.Rasal Principal, college of pharmacy Belagavi, Guest of Honor Mr.Sanjay Peerapur , Principal, Institute of Nursing sciences Nursing ,Hubblli.

Prof. Lesley Page, President. Royal College of Midwives Norwich, UK visited our college on March 2016.

Departmental Activities

The Department of Child Health Nursing, KLEU’s Institute of Nursing sciences, has organized a health check-up camp on detection of Anemia among school children  , on 18^th February 2016, at Agasaga Village, Belagavi.

Dept. of OBG Nursing, KLEU Institute of Nursing Sciences Belagavi, was organized International conference on Maternal Health Issues and Transcultural Competencies in Midwifery Practice, on 28^th & 29^th Oct 2015.

Department of Mental Health Nursing was organized Rally on the eve of World suicide prevention day at Vantamuri village on 11^th SEPTEMBER 2015

Department of community Health Nursing was organized Health Education Programme on Prevention of Malnutrition on29^th Feb 2016 at Government Kannada and Marathi School Agasaga village, Belagavi.

 

Department of Medical Surgical Nursing organized Skin Disease Detection Camp on 16^th February 2016 at Agasage Village, Belagavi.

Department of Nursing Foundation was organized one week workshop on “First Aid” for NWKRTC employees Belagavi Division from 29^th March to 02^nd April 2016.
