The department of community health nursing of KAHER Institute of Nursing Sciences, Belagavi, conducted an industrial health camp at Phenix Aluminium Extrusions industry, Belagavi, on 27th February 2025, aimed at assessing the health status of the industrial workers, knowing the health facilities, and referring the needy to the hospital for further care. The camp was conducted by 2nd-year P.B.BSc.(N) students and faculty members of the department of community health nursing. Mr. Chandraman Yadav, manager of the industry, briefed about the industry and amenities provided to the workers. A total of 40 industrial workers were assessed. A total of 3 workers had hyperglycemia, 4 employees had high BP, and 10 employees with ailments such as low back pain, neck pain, etc., were assessed and referred to the hospital.
