KAHER Institute of Nursing Sciences Belagavi, Department of OBG Nursing, in collaboration with NSS unit distributed the pamphlets on Prevention of cervical cancer and HPV Vaccine with the aim to create awareness among women regarding Prevention of cervical cancer and HPV Vaccine at Central Busstand, Belagavi 19 ^th November 2024.

The awareness programme was conducted by Dr.Asha Bhat, HOD & Asso Prof, Department of OBG Nursing. And Dr. Shweta Angadi, Senior tutor, Department of OBG Nursing along with 4 UG students were present for the event.. The Pamphlet included about cervical cancer causes, signs and symptoms and its prevention. The Pamphlet were prepared in kannada and Marathi. The doubts and concerns of the beneficiers were clarified. The awareness program benefited a total of 250 women.
