KAHER Institute of Nursing Science’s Department of Mental Health Nursing had organized an Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) program on “Neurotic and Stress related disorders on 03rd November 2020. Under the guidance of Prof (Dr) Sudha A Raddi, Principal KAHER Institute of Nursing Sciences, Belagavi and Organizing Chairperson of the CNE, the sessions began with the welcome speech by Mr.Gururaj Udupi Associate. Prof, Department of Mental Health Nursing. The Scientific sessions began at 10.00 am. The first session on “Introduction to Neurotic and Stress related disorders” was delivered by Mr.Manjunath Sogalad Asst. Prof., Dept of Mental Health Nursing KAHER INS Belagavi . The second session of expert lecture was on “Phobic Anxiety Disorders”, which was delivered by Mr. Susheelkumar V. Ronad, Asst. Prof DIMHANS, Dharwad. Mrs. Xavier Belsiya Asst. Prof. and Head of the Department of Mental Health Nursing AIIMS Rishikesh, Uttarakhand rendered an expert session on “Stress Management program”. Last session was on “Obsessive Compulsive Disorders” delivered by Mr. Amey Khande, Asst. Prof., Department of Mental Health Nursing, KAHER Institute of Nursing Sciences, Belagavi.

Mr. Veereshkumar Nandagaon HOD Dept of Mental Health Nursing KAHER INS Belagavi and Organizing Secretary of the CNE introduced and welcomed the guest speaker Mrs. Xavier Belsiyal, Mrs. Sushma Patil, Asst Professor Dept of Mental Health Nursing KAHER INS Belagavi introduced and welcomed Mr. Susheelkumar Ronnad ,Mr. Ashok Kamat, Asso Prof KAHER INS Belagavi proposed the vote of thanks. Mr. Sangangouda Shanbhog, Asst Professor Dept of Mental Health Nursing KAHER INS Belagavi and Mr. Manjunath Patil. Senior Tutor Dept of Mental Health Nursing KAHER INS Belagavi were present. 85 UG and PG students had participated from, KAHER Institute of Nursing Sciences Belagavi.
