KAHER Institute of Nursing Sciences, Belagavi celebrated Independence Day on 15th August 2019. Dr. M.V.Jali, Medical Director and CEO, KLES Dr. Prabhakar Kore Hospital & MRC, Belagavi was Chief Guest for the function. After hosting the flag he addressed students regarding patriotism and importance of being patriotic with some examples. Dr. Sudha A. Raddi, Dean and Principal KAHER Institute of Nursing Sciences, Belagavi addressed faculty and students regarding the importance of celebration and youngsters role in forming the healthy society. Students of B.Sc. Nursing I year sung a patriotic song on this occasion. Essay competitions were organized for the students to enhance patriotism. Celebration ended by distribution of sweets to students.
