NSS unit of KAHER Institute of Nursing Sciences along with Department of Nursing Foundation had organized First aid training for police staffs, Hire Bagewadi and Health education program for school children on Personal Hygiene, Government primary school at Gajapati Village on 6th April 2022. The topic was introduced by Dr. Ashok Kamat, Asso. Prof, HOD Nursing Foundation, and Personal Hygiene awareness and First aid topics were delivered to primary school children and police staffs by Dr. Manjunath S, Mr. Laxmikanth B & Miss. Rajashree K, Department of Nursing Foundation, and first aid box distributed to primary schools at Gajapati Village, PG and UG students, all department faculty and School teachers was present on the occasion. The forum was open for queries to clear their doubts. The Police staffs, teachers and students were also actively involved in the programme, around 35 Police staffs and 60 students are benefited.
