KAHER Institute of Nursing Sciences Belagavi celebrated LAMP LIGHTING & OATH TAKING CEREMONY of 34  ^TH Batch of GNM (Diploma in Nursing), 32  ^ND Batch of B.Sc (N) (Degree Nursing) on 19  ^th March 2021.

Prof (Dr) Sudha Raddi, Principal, KAHER Institute of Nursing Sciences, Belagavi welcomed the gathering and the dignitaries felicitated Mrs. Surekha Shinde, Matron in OT department of KLES Dr. Prabhakar Kore Hospital & MRC, Belagavi for her great service and journey in nursing field.

Chief Guest for the function Dr. Vivek A Saoji, Vice Chancellor, KLE Academy of Higher Education and Research, Belagavi expressed his views on importance of Nursing profession.

Guest of honor Mrs. Shirly, Matron, Military Hospital, Belagavi, Karnataka expressed her views on helping hands and skills for nurses are very important, nurses are the backbone of health care system and she said that serve your patients irrespective of any cast, creed, race and disparity and the nursing is a noble profession than any other profession.

Dr. M.V.Jali, MD & CEO, KLES Dr. Prabhakar Kore Hospital & MRC, Belagavi in his presidential remarks he inspired students to be dedicated and compassionate towards their services and with right attitude you can bring change into your nursing profession.

Total 100 B.Sc Nursing students & 78 GNM (Diploma) Nursing students took oath during lamp lighting ceremony. Alumni news letter and Edu care news bulletin was released by the dignitaries.

Dr. Sangeeta Kharde, Vice Principal, Institute of Nursing Sciences, Belagavi proposed the vote of thanks. Dean, Prof Sumitra L.A, all the faculty members of KAHER Institute of Nursing Sciences, Belagavi, invited guests and parents of newly admitted students were present during the function.
