Department of Nursing Education (DONE), KAHER Institute of Nursing Sciences, organized workshop on “Mentoring Skills” on 15/09/2023 at KAHER Institute of Nursing Sciences, Belagavi. Workshop started with Registration of participant sat 9.00 am. The workshop was formally inducted by Dr. Vasanti Jirge, Professor KAHER VKID’S Belagavi, and Prof. (Dr) Sangeeta Kharde, Vice Principal, KAHER INS Belagavi, Mrs. Nirmala Fernandes and Mr. Umesh Nandgaon, Incharge of DONE along with organising members, HOD’s and faculties were present for E inauguration by watering the plant.Prof. (Dr) Sangeeta Kharde, Vice Principal, KAHER INS, address emphasized on importance of Mentoring Skills.

Workshop was started with Pre Test of participants at 9.00 am. Resource persons were .Mr. Amey Khande, Asst. Professor KAHER INS Belagavi, Dr. Yasmin Nadaf HOD, Counseling Cell, Dept. of Psychcology, Dr. Vasanti Jirge Associate Professor, Dept, of Oral Medicine and Radiology, KAHER VK Institute of Dental Sciences Belagavi, Dr. Jyothi Nagmoti Controller of Examinations, KAHER Belagavi.
