The Department of Community Health Nursing and NSS unit of the KAHER Institute of Nursing Sciences, Belagavi, took active involvement in the pulse polio immunization campaign in collaboration with UHC Rukmini Nagar, Ashok Nagar, Ram Nagar, and the Department of District Health & Family Welfare. The program started at 8.00 AM today. More than 50 students actively participated in the campaign in and around the city of Belagavi. Additionally, the volunteers provided their immunization services at the urban health centers, Anganwadi centers, through house-to-house visits, and public places, such as bus stands.
