The Department of OBG Nursing celebrated World Breastfeeding Week on 1st August 2026 by distributing baby clothes to postnatal mothers, followed by a health education session on the importance of breastfeeding and essential newborn care. The programme aimed to promote awareness about the benefits of exclusive breastfeeding and appropriate infant care practices. A total of 30 mothers benefited from the programme.
