The Department of Mental Health Nursing, KAHER Institute of Nursing Sciences Belagavi, had organized a Guest Lecture on Lived Experiences Heard: Real Voices, Real Change  on 9 ^th October 2026 at seminar hall from 12am to 1pm.

The Expert Lecture was delivered by Prof. Nicky N Professor, Dept. of Community Health Nursing, Alvas Nursing college Mudabidire, She emphasized on theme of the mental health day 2026 and highlighted Prevalence, Importance and sources of mental health

Dr. Gururaj Udapi Professor department of mental health nursing briefed about world mental health day, Mr. Sanganagouda S, Assistant Professor welcomed the Chief Guest. Mrs. Sushma Patil Assistant Professor proposed the vote of thanks. All the Staffs of Department of Mental Health Nursing had participated in the program.

Total 150 students from 3 ^rd BSc (N), PB BSc(N) and PG students participated in the event.
